Mission Statement
To speak on transformation by means of innate humanizing* qualities which have been dormant in a patriarchal culture
To organize and facilitate small discussion groups among individuals in which participants can express their unique ideas, dreams, and visions on transforming the workplace and their life from a new perspective
To create spaces in which participants have opportunities to interact and speak with each other on topics related to being human at work
To increase the influence of humanizing principles* in corporate America
* I consider humanizing principles to be:
compassion
greater concern for human beings rather than focus on profits, goals, tasks, and machines
relationship-oriented instead of task-oriented
emphasis on open communication
lack of emphasis on positional power (a perons' rank)
empowering and trusting individual (ex.: employee) decision-making
